This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately eleven (11) feet six (6) inches on the East side of the structure.

1926.503(a)(1) The employer did not ensure that employees exposed to potential fall hazards had been trained to recognize and minimize the fall hazards associated with their work. (a) Employees working on the roof of a residential home, had not received training that would enable them to recognize the hazards associated with performing work on a 6:12 pitched roof. This exposed the employees to an 11 foot six (6) inch fall hazard.
