29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2) Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers.  a) On or about March 17, 2022, an employee (site foreman) was working from the elevated forks of a JCB model 510-56 all terrain fork lift, exposing the employee to a fall hazard  to the lower level of  approximately 21 feet.

29 CFR  1926.602(d): The employer did not certify that each operator had been trained and evaluated as required by paragraph 29 CFR 1910.178(l): Note: The requirements applicable to construction work under paragraph (d) of this section are identical to those set forth at paragraph (l) of 29 CFR 1910.178.  EACH 1910 STANDARD USED MUST INCLUDE "AND AS REFERENCED BY THE NOTE CONTAINED IN 1926.602(d)" at the end of the SAVE.  a) On or about March 17, 2022, the employer did not ensure employees operating the JCB model 510-56 all-terrain forklift were trained, evaluated and certified in the safe operation of the all-terrain forklift.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  (a) On or about March 17, 2022, employees conducting roof sheathing work on a 6:12 pitch roof were not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately twenty-one (21)  feet six (6) inches onto dirt, gravel, and building material on the South side of the structure.  The Finishing Edge Carpentry, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number1538033 citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order date of August 18, 2021,  with respect to a workplace located at 6000 49th St. Kenosha, WI. 53140  The Finishing Edge Carpentry, LLC.  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1524945 citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order date of October 27, 2021,  with respect to a workplace located at 8036 98th Circle Pleasant Prairie WI 53158  The Finishing Edge Carpentry, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1315719, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on June 28, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 8740 S. Avian Way Franklin WI. 53132
