29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):  (a)  On or about April 13,  2021, the employer did not insure that a competent person performed frequent and regular inspections of the job site to ensure that hazardous conditions were found and corrected.  The Finishing Edge Carpentry, LLC. company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1315719, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 28, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 8740 S. Avian Way Franklin WI. 53132

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  (a) On or about April 13, 2021, employees conducting roof sheathing work on a 6:12 pitch roof were not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately ten 10 feet six (6) inches onto dirt and building material on the north side of the structure, and approximately 19 feet onto dirt on the south side of the structure.  The Finishing Edge Carpentry, LLC. company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1315719, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on June 28, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 8740 S. Avian Way Franklin WI. 53132

29 CFR  1926.503(b)(1): The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written (training) certification record including the name or other identity of the employee trained, the     date(s) of the training, and the signature of the person who conducted the training or the signature of the employer.  (a) On or about April 13, 2021, the employer had not prepared and maintained a written certification of training for those employees exposed to a fall hazard, and  trained in fall protection.
