29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment: Employer is failing to ensure that a personal protective equipment hazard assessment was performed for the task of adding lubrication oil to the transfer pump for the high temperature accumulator 1. A PPE Hazard Assessment for the job was not available upon agency request.
