29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a. The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on June 29, 2018, when employees are working on a residential roof at 156 Gala Circle, Daytona Beach, FL 32127 without fall protection and are exposed to falls of approximately 9 feet to the ground below.    Derek Williams dba Rogero & Williams Roofing Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1137948, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 14, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 5185 Datil Pepper Road, Saint Augustine, FL 32086.    Derek Williams dba Rogero & Williams Roofing Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1117352, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 14, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 13635 Mandarin Road, Jacksonville, FL 32223.
