The employer fails to assure effective protections against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on May 21, 2020, when employees are working on a residential roof with a 3:12 pitch at 424 Blairmore Boulevard West, Orange Park,Florida, and are exposed to a 8 feet 6 inches fall hazard to the ground in that they are not attached to a personal fall protection system.
