29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects were not protected by protective helmets: a) 1 Hastings Ave., Medford, NJ: On or about July 28, 2018 a Pumma Construction employee was working near the raised forks of a RTFL. The forks of the lift were loosely loaded with dimensional lumber creating an overhead struck-by hazard. The Pumma Construction employee was not protected by a hard hat.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: a) 1 Hastings Ave., Medford, NJ: On or about July 28, 2018 a Pumma Construction employee was working from an a frame step ladder installing windows on a residential structure. The ladder was used closed, leaning against an exterior wall, contrary to the purpose for which it was designed, creating a potential fall hazard.
