29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 1st and 2nd Story Roof, 1509 east Livingston Street - On or about July 27, 2018, employees performing residential roofing activities more than 11 feet above ground level were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Navy Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1310321, citation number 01, item number 02, and was affirmed as a final order on July 25, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 208 La Grande Avenue Fanwood, NJ 07023. Navy Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1300288, citation number 01, item number 01, and was affirmed as a final order on June 5, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 62 & 64 Wadsworth Avenue Lakewood, NJ 08708.
