29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: (a) Montage at Hamilton, 1100 Talbot Way, Hamilton, NJ: A Navy Contractors Inc. employee working from man-basket raised on the forks of a RTFL was not using any form of fall protection, exposing him to a fall hazard of greater than 20 feet.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a) Montage at Hamilton, 1100 Talbot Way, Hamilton, NJ: On or about November 8, 2018, a Navy Contractors Inc. employee was installing framing on the roof of a three story wood frame building. The worker was not using any form of fall protection, exposing him to a fall hazard of greater than 25 feet from the roof's eaves to the ground below. Navy Contractors Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1300288, citation number 01, item number 01, and was affirmed as a final order on 06/05/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 62/64 Wadsworth Ave., Lakewood, NJ, 08701. Navy Contractors Inc. was previously cited for a REPEAT violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1322992, citation number 01, item number 01, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/22/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1050 Kressler Road, Allentown, PA, 18103.
