29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. 2100 Carpenter Street, Philadelphia, PA, 19152 - The employer did not ensure that an employee, who was performing framing operations, was protected from falling off the unprotected open sides and edges by either personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems. This employee was working near the edge of the balcony located on the third floor. Observed On or About November 08, 2018
