29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.  a) Thomas Dr., Robbinsville, NJ: on or about April 10, 2019 a Navy Contractors Inc. employee was using a pneumatic nailgun to secure sheets of plywood on the roof of a new construction two story residential structure.  The employee was not wearing safety glasses and as such was exposed to potential eye injury from flying particles.     Navy Contractors Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1310321, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on (07/25/2018), with respect to a workplace located at 208 La Grande Avenue, Fanwood, NJ 07023.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  a) Thomas Dr., Robbinsville, NJ: on or about April 10, 2019 Navy Contractors Inc. employees were conducting plywood sheathing activities on the steep pitched roof of a two story new construction single family residence.  The workers were not using any form of fall protection and were exposed to a fall hazard between 15 and 25 feet to the ground below.   Navy Contractors Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard [29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)], which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1300288, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on (06/05/2018), with respect to a workplace located at 62 & 64 Wadsworth Avenue, Lakewood, NJ.  Navy Contractors Inc. was previously cited for a REPEAT violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard [29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)], which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1343908, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on (12/03/2018), with respect to a workplace located at Forge Mill, Florence, NJ.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a) Thomas Dr., Robbinsville, NJ: on or about April 10, 2019 Navy Contractors Inc. employees were conducting plywood sheathing activities on the steep pitched roof of a two story new construction single family residence. The employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet when using an aluminum extension ladder that did not extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface.    Navy Contractors Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.1053(b)(1)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1313502, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on (10/04/2018), with respect to a workplace located at 114 Quarterhorse Court, Marlton NJ.
