29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a. Building 18, Regency at Readington, Block 36, Lot 49.066 - 49.071 Employees engaged in the residential framing activities were observed working at the edge of the second story at heights greater than 10 feet and were not protected from falls by use of a safety net system, guard rail system, or a personal fall arrest system. Violation observed on or about July 31, 2018 Navy Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1310321, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on July 27, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 208 La Grande Avenue , Fanwood, NJ 07023 Navy Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1300288, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 5, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 62 & 64 Wadsworth Avenue, Lakewood, NJ 08701
