29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates and markings were in place: (a) The employer did not ensure that the nameplate on the number 4 Toyota forklift was maintained in legible condition in that the nameplate was covered in paint. (b) The employer did not ensure that the nameplate on the number 5 Caterpillar GC30 model forklift was maintained in legible condition in that the plate was scratched and the warnings and tiers of the forklift could not be read. (c) The employer did not ensure that the nameplate on the number 10 Toyota 7FGCU20 model forklift was maintained in legible condition in that the nameplate was worn and the warnings, tiers, and lift capacity could not be read.
