29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 42/44 Russell Ave., Fort Monmouth, NJ: On or about Aug 21,2018, Navy Contracting Inc. employees were conducting roofing activities on a multi-story duplex townhome style residential structure without any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to fall hazards of 20 feet to the ground below. The employer, Navy Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1300288, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/05/18, with respect to a workplace located at 62&64 Wadsworth Ave., Lakewood, NJ.
