29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Forge Mill, Florence Twsp., NJ: On or about July 28,2018, Navy Contracting Inc. employees were conducting roof sheathing activities on a three story new construction apartment style residential structure without any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to fall hazards of 25 feet to the ground below. The employer, Navy Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1300288, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/05/18, with respect to a workplace located at 62&64 Wadsworth Ave., Lakewood, NJ.
