29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Jobsite: The employer did not ensure that employees conducting framing operations on the second level of the building were protected by a fall protection system, thus exposing them to fall hazards of 15 feet to the lower level. This condition was observed on/about 02 OCT 2018. EGS Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1226582, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/10/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 4805 D Street Philadelphia PA 19120.
