Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a)Jobsite: 1301-09 W Clearfield St, Philadelphia, PA 19132 - On or about August 16, 2022, the employer did not ensure that employees conducting framing activities on the 3rd level of the residential construction building, approximately 23 feet above the ground level, were protected from fall hazards by the use of a fall protection system. EGS Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1364352, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 1, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1140 South 15th Street Philadelphia PA.
