29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section: a) Jobsite located at or near 2105-2113 North Percy Street, Philadelphia, PA 19122 - On or about April 21, 2025, the employer did not ensure employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Employees were performing framing activities on the second and third floors of a residential building approximately 9 to 18 feet above the ground level without the use of a fall protection system. EGS Construction, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1615914, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 21, 2023 with respect to a workplace located at 1301-09 W Clearfield St, Philadelphia, PA 19132.
