29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section: a) Jobsite located at 2170 Franklin Street, Philadelphia, PA. - The employer did not ensure employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Employees were performing framing activities on the second floor of a residential building approximately 9 to 18 feet above the ground level without the use of a fall protection system. Condition observed on or about June 26, 2025. EGS Construction, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1819217, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 3, 2025., with respect to a workplace located at 2105-2113 North Percy Street, Philadelphia, PA 19122. EGS Construction, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1615914, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 21, 2023 with respect to a workplace located at 1301-09 W Clearfield St, Philadelphia, PA 19132.
