29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measures:    JOB SITE: 65 Snowberry Ridge Court, O Fallon, MO 63366, on or about 2/21/2019, workers were observed on top of a 6:12 roof, approximately 10 Feet 8 inches above ground level, actively removing roofing material and were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measures.  The workers were exposed to a fall hazard.    BASTIN ROOFING, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1061970, citation number 1, item number 2, issued on 5/28/2015  and was affirmed as a final order on  6/10/2015 with respect to a workplace located at Stephanie Lynn Court, Chesterfield, MO, 63385.    BASTIN ROOFING, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1020548, citation number 1, item number 2, issued on 6/16/2015, and was affirmed as a final order on 7/2//2015 with respect to a workplace located at 1905 1st Capitol Drive, Saint Charles, MO 63301.
