29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. On or about 6/09/202, employees from Bastin Roofing LLC were working on a roof of a residential building located at the intersection of Hepperman Road and Chapel Grove Court in Wentzville, MO. Two employees were installing roofing materials with pneumatic nail guns without wearing eye protection. Bastin Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1259001, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/26/2017, with respect to a workplace located on Lot 30 in Chestnut Ridge Subdivision in Moscow Mills, MO.
