29 CFR 1926.651(k)(1): An inspection of the excavations, the adjacent areas, and protective systems was not conducted by the competent person prior to the start of work and as needed throughout the shift: (a) AGL Construction Company at 1506 W. Colfax Ave. Denver, CO 80204: On or before 4/5/19 the employer did not conduct an inspection of the excavation, adjacent areas and equipment prior to work being performed in accordance with this standard. AGL Construction Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.651(k)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1309106, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 8/29/18, with respect to a workplace located at 2337 Blackhawk St. Aurora, CO 80014.
