29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):  a. 36 Hilltop Drive North Caldwell, NJ (Residential Roof)  Workers engaged in roofing activities on a roof surface in close proximity to an unprotected edge without any means of fall protection, thereby exposing workers to an approximate 18 ft fall hazard.  Violation occurred 07/01/2019  JA General Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1387577, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/06/2019, with respect to a workplace located at Building4, Lee Drive, Building 18, Aldrich Court Morristown, NJ 07960.  JA General Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1331869, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/15/2019, with respect to a workplace located at Building 48 Nast Road Morristown, NJ 07960.
