29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) NOTE TO CSHO: USE THIS OPTION ONLY IN CASES WHERE THE INFEASIBILITY/GREATER HAZARD EXCEPTION IS NOT IN ISSUE. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): Location : Front side of residential home @ 1040 Dixon St. Fall River, MA On or about 9/11/19 employees were exposed to fall hazards of more than 25 feet to the ground below where a guardrail system of personal fall arrest system was not in use. The JMT Carpentry & Siding Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1342585, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/07/18 , with respect to a workplace located at_90-92 Lorraine St. Pawtucket, RI.
