29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  (a) Worksite: On or about 04/25/2024, employees were exposed to fall hazards while installing and handling roofing materials, at a height of approximately 18 feet above the lower level, without any means of fall protection.   JMT Carpentry & Siding Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1429863, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 04-27-2021, with respect to a workplace located at Dixon Street off Shannon Street, Fall River, MA 02720

(a) Worksite: On or about 04/25/2024, the employer did not prepare a written certificate of fall protection training for employees working on a residential roofing project prior to exposing them to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet in height.
