29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: (a) On or about September 10, 2019 and times prior thereto, employees performing framing activities were exposed to a fall hazard of 21-feet to the ground below; 84 Lumber Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1116510, citation number 1, item number (3)(b) and was affirmed as a final order on August 8, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 7701 NW 21st Dr. Gainesville, FL 32605; 84 Lumber Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1131841, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 19, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1475 Washington Ave. Albany, NY 12206.
