29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) 239 South 6th Street, Highland Park , NJ 08904. Employees were exposed to fall hazards when installing new roofing materials on an apartment complex without the use if a fall protection system. Condition occurred on or about 10/30/2019.
