29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Roof of Units 168-184, Wildflower Circle - On or about November 8, 2019, The Project Manager and subcontractor employees replacing sheathing and performing associated roofing work on the two story structure, approximately 18 feet above grade, were not protected from falling. b) Roof of Units 169-185, Wildflower Circle - On or about November 8, 2019, subcontractor employees performing roofing and siding work on the one story garage roofs, approximately nine feet above grade, were not protected from falling.. Lemus Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1263761, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/20/2017 with respect to a workplace located at Building 21, Oxford Road, Blue Bell, PA 19422 .
