29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b) a) Roof of Units 417-422, Northridge Drive in Northridge Estates - On or about August 03, 2023, employees replacing sheathing and performing associated roofing work on the two-story structure, approximately 18 feet above grade, were not protected from falling. b) Roof of Units 622-634, Northridge Drive in Northridge Estates - On or about August 03, 2023, employees performing roofing and siding work on the two-story structure, approximately 18 feet above grade, were not protected from falling. Lemus Construction, Inc. was previously cited repeat for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 1443872, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as final order on 03/03/2020 with respect to a workplace located at Wildflower Circle, Yardley PA 19067.
