29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems:  A) 200-201 Crestview Rd Bridgewater, NJ 08807  Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 17' 10'' while performing residential siding activities without any means of fall protection in place.  Occurred on or about 06/05/2020   The Lemus Construction, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13),which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1443872, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/03/2020, with respect to a workplace located at Wildflower Circle Yardley, PA 19067.  The Lemus Construction, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13),which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1418338, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/12/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 101 Woodbridge Terrace and 93 Beverly Hill Terrace within Beverly Hill Terrace condominium complex in Woodbridge NJ.   The Lemus Construction, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13),which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1442638, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/11/19, with respect to a workplace located at 239  South 6th Street, Highland Park , NJ 08904.   Lemus Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1263761, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/06/17, with respect to a workplace located at 500 Admirals Way, Bldg 23 Philadelphia, PA 19146.
