Fixing of selection shall be by means capable of supervision by the employer. a) On or about 1/22/2020, Collar press P-7 was not equipped with a key switch for the run/inch function which would permit supervision by the employer. For the presses with keys the employer was not requiring the removal of keys that control the selector switches for the press modes during press operation which would permit operation in an unguarded mode.
