29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section: a) On or about January 17, 2020, the employer did not ensure that containers stored in the chemical room in the silk screening area at the Mill Street location were properly labeled with the identity of the chemical, specifically Polybond 4988, which contains ethyl acetate.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) On or about January 17, 2020, the employer did not train employees on the hazards of the chemicals they were using. Employees worked with silk screening chemicals were exposed to hazardous materials including, but not limited to, ethyl acetate and xylene.
