The pik extended over the bracket on the north support ladder by approx. 7 feet, and over the bracket on the south support ladder by approx. 6 feet.  NO ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED         D & M Home Improvement Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1411625, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/10/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 28 Ivy Lea, Tonawanda, NY 14223.

NO ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED        DM Home Improvement Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1234454, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/12/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 33 Sterling Place, Lancaster, NY 14086.
