Emerald Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1284456, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 27, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at W. Main St. & N. Old Rand Rd., Lake Zurich, Illinois 60047.  Emerald Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1270365, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 27, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 75 W. Thacker St., Schaumburg, Illinois 60173.  No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
