Western Ave., Park Ridge, Illinois 60068.  Employees engaged in framing work are not protected from fall hazards while working at an elevation of approximately 22 feet above the ground.  Emerald Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1525494, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 4, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 751 Meacham Rd. Elk Grove Village, IL 60007.   Emerald Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1514217, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 28, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 4837 Middaugh, Downers Grove, IL 60515.
