29 CFR  1903.19(d)(1):The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required. 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  On or about February 10, 2021, employees were not protected from falls while performing residential construction activities, exposing the employees to a fall of approximately 22 feet.  Emerald Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1476144, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 15, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 751 Meacham Rd. Elk Grove Village, IL 60007.  Emerald Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1295605, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 10, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1763 Long Valley Rd. Glenview, IL 60025.  Emerald Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1284456, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on March 27, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at W. Main St. & N. Old Rand Rd. Lake Zurich, IL 60047.  Emerald Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1270365, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on March 27, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 75 W. Thacker St. Schaumburg, IL 60173.  Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
