29 CFR  1910.304(b)(4):Outlet devices had an ampere rating less than the load being served:  (a) On or about November 10, 2020 and at times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to electrical and/or fire hazards where a microwave (10 amps) and coffee maker (7 amps) were connected to a light-duty (12 amps) relocatable power taps (power strips) in the stockroom break area located at 5691 Rickenbacker Road, Nellis AFB, Nevada.

29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:   (a) On or about November 10, 2020 and at times prior to that date, for the employee with exposure to physical and/or health hazards where the employer did not adequately communicate to the employee the corrosive nature or safety data sheet location for the chemical; Brady Industries, heavy duty bowl cleaner (hydrochloric acid 10-25 %, CAS #7647-01-0) used for janitorial duties located at 5691 Rickenbacker Road, Nellis AFB, Nevada.  Notice number 2, Item number 1, 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met. The employer was cited for a violation of the same standard and similar hazard on September 11, 2019, Inspection number 1423755, date October 3, 2019 of final order/settlement, and means of abatement.
