29 CFR  1926.21(b)(2):  The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury:  (a) 3884 Duquesne St, Aurora, CO: The employer did not provide adequate instruction in avoidance of unsafe conditions in that employees were working on and with cutting and framing tools in snowy and slippery conditions.  Condition observed on or about 28 January, 2022.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  A) 3884 Duquesne St, Aurora, CO: Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented:  * 1 Full Body Harness * 1 Combination 5/8" rope grab with attached 2' shock absorber * 1 50 ft 5/8" blend rope lifeline with attached snap hook * 1 Reusable roof anchor bracket   Condition observed on or about  28 January, 2022.
