Crossbraces shall not be used as a means of access. a)At or near 474 Hudson Terrace, Englewood Cliffs - Frame Scaffold - Stair tower: employees engaged in masonry work were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 42 feet while climbing the "Walk Through" scaffold section on the top portion of the tower, on or about 7/29/24. b)At or near 474 Hudson Terrace, Englewood Cliffs - Frame Scaffold - Elevator tower: employees engaged in masonry work were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet while climbing the "Walk Through" scaffold section on the top portion of the tower, on or about 7/29/24.
