29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system. a) At Hwy 59 Pedros Tacos & Tequila Bar Robertsdale, AL 36567 On or about February 15, 2022 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to work without fall protection while performing framing activities exposing his employee to a fall hazard of 17 feet to the concrete ground below.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) At Hwy 59 Pedros Tacos & Tequila Bar Robertsdale, AL 36567 On or about February 15, 2022 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without first ensuring his employees were trained on the hazards associated with falls to include but not limited to setting up and inspecting fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 17 feet to the ground below.
