29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems:  Worksite located at 9220 Old Santa Fe Road, Kansas City, Missouri- Employee was exposed to a fall hazard while working on a steep roof and was not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection.   Garcia Building Company, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1618083, citation number 1, item number 2a,  and was affirmed as a final order on November 25, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 804 E. 15th Street in Panama City, Florida .  Garcia Building Company, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1578470, Citation 1, Item 1a and was affirmed as a final order on May 27, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at Hwy 59 Pedro's Tacos & Tequila Bar in Robertsdale, Alabama.
