29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure.    On or about March 17, 2022 at jobsite located in 460 Rex Blvd., Elmhurst, IL 60126, employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 12 feet while engaged in residential framing activities. Fall protection was not being utilized while employees performed framing operations.   A&F CONSTRUCTION CARPENTERS, CORP., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1143655, citation 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 8, 2016 with respect to a workplace located at  4446 Wilson Ave., Downers Grove, IL 60515.  The A&F CONSTRUCTION CARPENTERS, CORP. , was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1508957, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 4, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 995 S. Mitchell Ave., Elmhurst, IL 60126.  No abatement documentation is required for this violation.
