29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a-160 Orange Ave, Suffern NY 10901: (Flat Portion of roof) An employee engaged in roofing activities on a flat portion of roof was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12ft to the asphalt below in which a means of fall protection had not been utilized. Condition observed on or about 03/25/2022 b-160 Orange Ave, Suffern NY 10901: (6 on 12 pitched Roof) An employee engaged in roof flashing activities at a chimney was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 16ft to the asphalt below in which a means of fall protection had not been utilized. Condition observed on or about 03/25/2022
