29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:  Location: 11 Manger Circle, Pelham, NY 10803  a) On or about April 25th, 2022 , three employee were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 15ft while working on a Pump Jack Scaffold (pump jack scaffold was on the of the back of house) that was not protected by a complete guardrail system (including end rails) or another means of fall protection in place.  Serrano Contracting Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1544117, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/23/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 130 Old Tarrytown Road, White Plains, NY 10603.  Serrano Contracting Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1429792, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/10/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 239 Main Street Eastchester, NY 10707.
