29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords shall be connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided which will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. At jobsite located at 6836 Marion, Shawnee, KS, employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to electrical shock and fire hazards in that the flexible cord protective layer was pulling away from connector.
