Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards. At the jobsite located at 17733 Slater St. in Overland Park, KS, employees engaged in framing activities with the use of pneumatic nail guns were exposed to struck-by hazards. At the jobsite located at 17733 Slater St. in Overland Park, KS, employees were working/walking at the lower level of the structure while other employees were working overhead. Employees on the lower level were not wearing hard hats.
