29 CFR  1910.151(c):Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.  Warehouse: In the battery charging area, facility workers were exposed to health hazards related to corrosive chemicals when they add water /electrolytes to the lead-acid battery for the Nissan electric forklift. There was no eyewash station in the area for flushing of the eyes and body for immediate emergency use.

29 CFR  1910.1030(f)(2)(i):Hepatitis B vaccination was not made available after the employees had received the training required in paragraph (g)(2)(vii)(I) and within 10 working days of initial assignment to all employees who have occupational exposure.  San Pablo Lytton Casino: Housekeeping employees who have an occupational exposure to blood and other potentially infectious materials (OPIM) were exposed to health hazards because Hepatitis B vaccine was not made available to them within ten working days of their initial assignment.

Warehouse/ Battery Charging Area: The employer did not conduct a personal protective equipment (PPE) hazard assessment for facility workers who add water/electrolytes into the lead-acid battery compartments for their Nissan electric forklift.
