29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. (a) WMT Housing, LLC, 57 Sue McCranie Street, Willacoochee, Georgia; the employer failed to report by phone, in person at the nearest OSHA area office, or by electronic submission, an accident that occurred on March 5, 2022, which resulted in an in-patient hospitalization within twenty-four (24) hours. WMT Housing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard [1904.39(a)(2)], which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1283671, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 30, 2018, with respect to the same workplace located at 57 Sue McCranie Street South, Willacoochee, GA.
