29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects: (a) WMT Housing, LLC, 3100 Georgia Highway 268 West, Broxton, Georgia; in the production area, on or about July 6, 2022 and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards from falling objects, in that the employer was not enforcing the use of head protection beneath the cat walk.
