29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels is not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor are employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Fast Construction, LLC., is failing to ensure that its employees are protected from fall hazards while performing framing work at heights greater than 6 feet above a lower level. This practice led to employees being unprotected from fall hazards on July 2, 2022 when framing a single-family residential building without fall protection at heights greater than 24 feet at 17434 Birds Foot Ave., Parker, CO 80134. Fast Construction, LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1575918, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on April 14, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 3884 Duquesne St, Aurora, CO.
